Hypnotherapy helps people relax, resolve issues, and achieve goals. It is educational, empowering and pragmatic.
When calm and clear, a person can process beliefs and behaviors, thoughts and emotions in an effective way. The process helps amend harmful or limiting patterns, activate internal resources and cultivate beneficial practices.
I use multiple forms of hypnotherapy including suggestion therapy, regression and review therapy, mind-body integration, resource anchoring, rewind technique, gestalt, guided imagery and more.
Hypnosis is effective in clearing trauma. The re-processing helps release the emotional intensity and re-frame associated beliefs, emotions and behaviors.
Grief is a natural part of living. Various processes help honor and metabolize the grief, then begin to reorient your focus and attitude.
Hypnosis helps improve sleep. Hypnotherapy addresses events, beliefs, emotions and habits underlying poor sleep.
Anxiety impacts a person's health, vitality and confidence. The process helps clear past experiences of anxiety then build awareness, calm and skills in the present.
Hypnosis offers an experience of calm, quiet and ease. Hypnosis helps your nervous system rest and re-set, entering into the parasympathetic state.
Hypnosis helps people address underlying beliefs, emotions and patterns associated with weight gain then re-focus in a motivated, healthy manner.
Hypnosis is most effective when you feel a clear emotionalized desire for specific positive change. A question to ask yourself: Am I ready and wanting positive change now?
Over your first few visits, you will learn about hypnosis and how this process can help you achieve your goal or resolve your issue(s). Together, we will write your first suggestion therapy script.
Integrative hypnosis often brings rapid, meaningful change and increased vitality. People usually experience progress within 4-6 sessions.

"Hypnosis was nothing like I had expected... I was relaxed and fully aware of what was being said and going on around me. Stacey also helped me realize that there were issues from my past that I had never really dealt with and through her guidance she helped me come to the most peaceful place I have ever been!"

"Stacey is an objective, compassionate, non-judgmental listener who offers practical suggestions and different perspectives on life’s challenges. I once described the hypnosis portion of an appointment as a personalized guided meditation; Stacey plans it in real time based on the day’s discussion and her knowledge of me personally.
Between sessions, I use simple self-hypnosis techniques that she has taught me as a prelude to a restful night’s sleep and for emotional rest and calm during the day."
"Working with Stacey has been exceedingly helpful as well as very pleasant. She is outstanding in the field of therapy.
Hypnotherapy works for me the way no other therapy has. For me, experiencing hypnosis is like getting a superpower."
